Your Customer Success Manager
Every customer has free and unlimited access to a customer success manager (CSM) who's focus is to successfully onboard you.
We guide you through the software & how to set it up to suit your business objectives. This typically takes 4-5 onboarding sessions.
We work with you to create an action plan through to certification covering for example: tasks, assets, risks, policies, procedures, controls & audits.

We will give you the confidence, support, guidance, and best-practice knowledge to help you achieve your information security project objectives.
Through our growing global Partner Network we can also connect you with 3rd party support you may need such as industry leading information security consultants and certification bodies.
